NPP คือสเตียรอยด์สาย bulking ออกฤทธิ์เร็วกว่ารูปแบบ Deca ช่วยเพิ่มกล้ามเนื้อแน่น ลดปวดข้อ และไม่บวมน้ำมาก

ชื่อเต็ม: Nandrolone Phenylpropionate
ครึ่งชีวิต: (ฉีดวันเว้นวัน)
โดสเริ่มต้น: 200–400 mg/สัปดาห์

ผลลัพธ์:
กล้ามเนื้อแน่น เนียน
ลดปวดข้อ ข้อลื่น
บวมน้ำน้อยกว่า Deca
เพิ่มแรงดี เหมาะช่วง bulk หรือ recomp

ผลข้างเคียง:
กดฮอร์โมนเพศ (ต้องใช้ควบกับ Test)
เสี่ยง Gyno จาก prolactin
อาจต้องใช้ Cabergoline ควบคุม prolactin
บางคนอาจบวมน้ำหรือความดันสูง

PCT: Clomid หรือ Nolvadex หลังจบ cycle
